We arrived in Nairobi some 10 hours late due to
a cancelled and reschedule flight. In the process
we lost our luggage which meant we spent considerable
time talking with airline staff to ensure we got it all back.
When we finally left the airport, there were the Cruzeiro
staff waiting for us ready to transport us to our hotel.
What a welcome sight they were after being on the go
for nearly three days to get there! Better still, Andrew was
waiting for us at the hotel both to welcome us and to
voluntarily rearrange our schedule over the next two
days to ensure that we still fitted in everything we'd
wanted to do in our now limited timeframe.
Our guide, Paul, took us first to the Nairobi National Park
where we saw our first rhino - they are ever so much more
massive and majestic than either of us expected.
Then he showed us around Karen - the Giraffe Park, the
Karen Bliksen Museum, the Kazuri Bead Factory and on to
Carnivore for lunch. Since we'd arrived without our luggage,
Paul took us to a local store where prices were reasonable to
purchase underwear and a few essentials before
dropping us back at our hotel.
The following day another guide, Stephen, drove us
through Nairobi giving us an insight into Kenya's history
and politics. He couldn't have been more accommodating
when we asked to see specific places and sights.
Next he took us to the Nairobi Museum, the Karen
Bliksen Cafe for lunch (wonderful meals) and to the Boma Dancers.
If we are ever back in Nairobi, we would definitely
also go back to Cruzeiro - we are so grateful to everyone,
but especially Andrew, for making sure that all our needs
were met in spite of the inconvenience our delayed arrival caused. Thank you all.

We just arrived in Kenya, after spending several days in Nairobi and Mombasa making several safaris. The truth is that it is a highly recommended
and very enriching experience. The treatment had Cruzeiro-safaris with us was excellent,
lovely Claudia, helping to solve a problem that had nothing to do with it. The exquisite and
always remember how well behaved with us. Claudia thank you very much for all your help!.
On the other hand, our driver, John, all kindness, and treating us to enjoy every moment
of the safari, seeking and finding every possible wildlife, a real phenomenon in the
sighting of the species in addition to a perfect knowledge of the terrain. J

Acabamos de llegar de Kenya, después de pasar
varios días en Nairobi y Mombasa haciendo varios
safaris. La verdad es que es una experiencia muy
recomendable y muy enriquecedora. El trato que tuvo
Cruzeiro-safaris con nosotros fué excelente, Claudia
encantadora, ayudándonos a solucionar un inconveniente
que nada tenia que ver con ella. El trato exquisito y siempre
recordaremos lo bien que se portó con nosotros.

Por otro lado, nuestro conductor, John, todo amabilidad,
y tratando en cada momento que disfrutaramos del safari,
buscando y encontrando toda la fauna posible, un auténtico
fenómeno en el avistamiento de las especies además del
conocimiento a la perfección del terreno. Muchas gracias
John por tu paciencia y profesionalidad.

I went to Kenya and Uganda for two weeks as a solo female traveler and Cruzeiro's 6-day Amboseli,Nukuru, and Masai Mara tour was excellent. Amboseli
was my favorite. Lodging was great... and my guide
Nicholas was so sweet and accommodating.
The drives are long, but a real eye-opener into Kenyan life.Seems so silly to fly from park to park... you wouldn't see
any of the real Kenya. When given an option, stay in tent!
They are very well-built, clean, spacious, comfortable, safe...and a more authentic safari experience. Also, it's better to
visit the Masai village in Amboseli than Masai Mara... where it's very touristy. Just loved Amboseli.

I booked my honeymoon in Kenya through cruzeiro safaris, and I can only say keep it up. .since the beginning Ms. Claudia was amazing answering all emails quickly and clearly no matter how many emails. I asked for a certain camp in the Maasai Mara and she found it and booked it for me ..everything was perfectly arranged with no troubles at all since our arrival in Nairobi until we left back.
.I would definitely recommend this tour operator to anyone going to Kenya..I actually did recommend it, and probably other people are coming to Kenya in a few weeks..so Ms. Claudia expect new clients very soon :)

It has been over a month and the memories will last a lifetime.
A dream come true for me and the planning and care from Claudia and Titus made it even
more special.
Claudia had the perfect itinerary with all important sites in Kenya. Accommodations were great and diverse.
We had the honor to have her with us and her knowledge and experience made our trip perfect.
Titus as our driver was also very knowledgeable and a true champion on the road and finding wildlife in the parks.
Carmen & Titus....continuous success and be sure we will be back for more.
It was a pleasure to meet you and share the beauty of what Kenya has to offer.
