3. Discover Zanzibar’s Spices
Explore the colours, scents and textures of the spices available during your visit. Depending on the selected farm and season, your guide may introduce cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper and other locally grown varieties.
Touch, smell and taste suitable samples where offered by your guide. Discover how familiar kitchen ingredients look before harvesting and processing, and learn about their role in local cooking and spice-growing traditions.

4. Learn About Harvesting and Everyday Uses

Booking Conditions and Child Rates
Rates are valid for travel from 1 January to 31 December 2027 and are subject to availability. A minimum booking of two adults is required. Children are charged 75% of the applicable adult price. Please provide children’s ages when requesting your quotation.
