Nairobi Safari, Elephant Conservation & Dining Experience

Nairobi National Park, Elephant Orphanage & Carnivore Restaurant Tour

The Nairobi National Park, Elephant Orphanage & Carnivore
Restaurant Tour
combines three memorable Nairobi experiences
in one organised itinerary: a wildlife game drive in
Nairobi National Park, an elephant conservation visit,
and a dining experience at Carnivore Restaurant.

This combination tour is ideal for international travellers who want
to experience Kenya's wildlife, conservation work and Nairobi
dining
without travelling far from the capital or arranging
separate transport between each attraction.

What Do You Experience on This Nairobi Tour?

The tour brings together three different experiences in one itinerary.
Start with a professionally guided Nairobi National Park game
drive
, continue to the elephant conservation experience to
learn about rescued and orphaned elephants, and complete the itinerary
with a visit to Carnivore Restaurant.

What Wildlife Can You See in Nairobi National Park?

Nairobi National Park offers opportunities to see
lions, black rhinos, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, hyenas,
ostriches, antelopes and numerous bird species
.
The park is also famous for the unusual contrast between African
wildlife, open savannah and the Nairobi city skyline.

Wildlife sightings occur naturally and cannot be guaranteed.

Can You See Rhinos in Nairobi National Park?

Yes. Nairobi National Park is an important rhino conservation
area
and provides opportunities to search for rhinoceros
during the game drive. Actual sightings depend on wildlife movements
and conditions within the park on the day of the tour.

What Happens at the Elephant Orphanage?

The elephant conservation experience introduces visitors to the
rescue, rehabilitation and conservation of orphaned elephants
in Kenya
. Guests can learn about the elephants, their individual
stories and the conservation work involved in preparing them for their
future in the wild.

Do You Need to Book the Elephant Visit in Advance?

Advance booking is strongly recommended because
visitor access is controlled and availability can be limited.
Travellers should provide their preferred travel date and
full names of all participants
when making a reservation
so the necessary arrangements can be confirmed.

What Is the Carnivore Restaurant Experience?

Carnivore Restaurant is one of Nairobi's well-known
dining destinations and provides a contrasting experience after the
wildlife and conservation activities. It allows visitors to combine
their Nairobi sightseeing day with a distinctive restaurant experience
without arranging a separate transfer.

Can You Visit All Three Attractions in One Tour?

Yes. The main advantage of this combination tour is that
Nairobi National Park, the Elephant Orphanage and Carnivore
Restaurant are organised within one itinerary
.
Transport between the different experiences is coordinated for you,
making the day easier to plan than booking each attraction separately.

Is This a Good Nairobi Tour for First-Time Visitors?

Yes. The tour is particularly suitable for
first-time visitors, couples, families, solo travellers,
business travellers and international visitors
who want
to experience several different sides of Nairobi within one organised
itinerary.

Can You Be Picked Up from a Nairobi Hotel or Airport?

Pickup and return arrangements can be coordinated from
Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), Wilson Airport,
Nairobi CBD and major Nairobi hotels
, as well as agreed
accommodation in areas including Westlands, Upper Hill, Gigiri,
Karen, Langata, Lavington and Kilimani.

“All services delivered as promised. Thank you!”
With a last minute booking the night before our tour, we were worried that the details might not come through. But everything worked out so smoothly! The guide was right on time and got us into the park early before the crowds. We found all 4 of the big 5 that are in the park and he even went out of his way to find us lions. The part we liked best though were the beautiful and scenic landscapes that made for some of our best pictures. The baby elephant tour add on was so fun and the animals were very cute. The trip to Carnivore restaurant afterward was also great. My wife who is a vegetarian had plenty to eat, and I – a meat eater – got to taste a number of unusual dishes. The whole trip was very expensive, but that is what a good tour plus convenience costs. I would suggest to the operators that they find a way to include park tickets into their costs so that all of the expenses are taken care of at once. But other than that, everything was top notch.

    “Wonderful tour in Nairobi”
We wanted an African Safari experience and originally thought about going to the Masai Mara region. After we were informed of the poor unpaved roads and uncomfortably long drive we opted for the Nairobi National Park safari tour. I was not disappointed. We saw lots of wildlife including Hippos, Giraffes, Zebras, Gazelles, Baboons, Water Buffalo, Many different Birds and a glimpse of two Lions. We opted for the 6am pick-up with lunch. The “Carnivour Restaurant” was really enjoyable. The staff and food was excellent. The skewers of meat just kept coming. There was atleast 15 different BBQ meats before I saw one repeated. The “fixings” we’re also great.
