Kenya Wildlife Service Increases Park Fees from October 2025

Kenya Wildlife Service Park Fees Update — Effective 1 October 2025

From 1 October 2025, the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) will implement a revised park-entry fee structure to
support conservation, anti-poaching, infrastructure, and habitat management across Kenya’s protected areas.
The new tariffs apply to citizens, residents, and non-residents visiting national parks, reserves, sanctuaries, and marine areas.

Headline Non-Resident & Kenyan Adult Rates

  • Nairobi National Park — Non-resident: USD 80 · Kenyan adult: KSh 1,000
  • Amboseli National Park — Non-resident: USD 90 · Kenyan adult: KSh 2,000
  • Lake Nakuru National Park — Non-resident: USD 90 · Kenyan adult: KSh 2,000
  • Tsavo East & Tsavo West — Non-resident: USD 80 · Kenyan adult: KSh 2,000
  • Aberdare National Park — Non-resident: USD 70 · Kenyan adult: KSh 1,500

While these adjustments increase the cost of entry, they are intended to secure sustainable funding for wildlife
protection and improve the overall visitor experience. For detailed categories (children, students, vehicles, campsites, and seasonal notes),
please check the latest official schedule or contact us directly for guidance when planning your visit.
