Itinerary (Typical Schedule)

06:00–07:30 – Hotel pick-up (Diani/Ukunda/Mombasa) and drive to Shimoni.
Morning – Board a traditional wooden dhow and cruise the Shimoni Channel. Watch for bottlenose and Indo-Pacific humpback dolphins (wild sightings are common but not guaranteed).
Late Morning – Snorkel Kisite–Mpunguti Marine Park: shallow coral reefs, tropical fish, and clear visibility. Full snorkel kit provided; flotation available on request.
Lunch – Swahili-style seafood feast at Mpunguti wa Chini: grilled fish, coconut sauces, rice, chapati & kachumbari (veg options available).
Afternoon – Unhurried sail back to Shimoni with a final chance for dolphins; return road transfer to your hotel.
