ITINERARY 

Day 1: 0800hrs : We pick from JKIA or hotel to the airport and board flight to Masai Mara. Arrive Masai mara and transfer to the lodge for check in and lunch. afternoon game viewing drive and later return to lodge for dinner and overnight. (Dinner Included)

Day 2 : Breakfast the leave for game drive return for lunch. Afternoon game drive return for dinner.  (breakfast, lunch and dinner included)

Day 3 : Breakfast the leave for game drive return for lunch. Afternoon game drive return for dinner.  Or spare a day to do other activities like swimming, walking, visiting Masai village -at n extra cost. (breakfast, lunch and dinner included)

Day 4: Breakfast and transfer to the airstrip for your flight back to Nairobi. Arrive Nairobi  by our representative and transferred to the airport to Hotel or residence. (breakfast)

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

once ticketed:
• Within 30 days upto 7 days = Charged $50 per pax
• Within 7 days = Charged 100% per pax
(14-days will apply over Easter (27th March – 2
nd April 2024), and Festive period (16th Dec 2024 – 10th Jan 2025)
** Payment made by credit card‚ refund will be less the 5% commission for the credit card company.
GROUP BOOKINGS (12 Pax)
For cancellations and refunds of groups more than 12 pax.
• 15% - Non-refundable.
• Within 21 – 14 days = 60%
• Within 14 - 07 days = 85%
• Within 7 days = 100 % (14 days will apply over Easter, Christmas, and New Year period.)
AMENDMENT POLICY:
Amendments must be made in the same class; otherwise a fare difference will be applicable.
• Above 10 days before date of travel: Nil charge
• Between 10 days to 96 hours before date of travel: $30 per pax.
• Between 96 hours to 24 hours before date of travel: $80 per pax. (Over Christmas / New Year / Easter, charged at $150)
• Within 24 hours to flight departure: 100% per pax.
Note: Stricter terms and conditions apply to other classes/fares.

TICKET VALIDITY: Once issued, tickets are valid for 1- year counted from the 1st date of travel on the 1st ticket issuance.
NO-SHOW POLICY: No-shows are strictly Non-refundable, Non-transferable and cannot be rebooked.
NAME CHANGES/ RE-ROUTINGS: Permitted at $50 on fully unutilized tickets. NOT Permitted after travel.
BAGGAGE & FREIGHT
• Free baggage allowance for each passenger is STRICTLY 15kgs in soft bags, inclusive of hand luggage and cameras inclusive of hand luggage.
• Excess baggage will be charged at $3.50 for domestic and is subject to payload of the aircraft and space availability.
• If passengers anticipate they will have excess baggage, it is recommended that they book a 'freight' seat, which permits
confirmed carriage of an extra 75kgs at the adult fare.
